![]() ![]() ![]() We hit the mat for some cat lift/arch and broken table and airplane. We hit the other side but pop into one legged dog, down dog and safety zone rather than the exploding touchdown. I managed 3 on each side and feel pretty proud. Down into an extended twisting lunge sequence including some bruuuuutal twisting lunge crunches. The DR in the warmup is some push/pull, militaries into pull ups.Ī dash of balance as we head into lunge for some more DR, but I can't for the life of me remember exactly what. The warmup is pretty much exactly like we've been doing lately, pretty basic with the one legged gimme gimme stretch into exploding knees pretty early and only 2 sets of pushups, a 3 and a 5 count. Much like last week, we have 3 main sections, warmup, lunge, matwork/warrior and then the cooldown. There is occasional "Teddy" confusion which is fun to watch. It's a full house in the recovery crib with DDP leading Ted, Payge, Stacey and Teddy Swims. We have a 47 minute yellow diamond full body workout today, much like last week with a heavy DR emphasis. It's Tuesday again, and when I opened the App to do the live workout about 90 minutes after it first started like I usually do, I saw it was already gone from the home page! I was a little annoyed but checked the workout tab and there it was, already uploaded and ready to go! I don't seem to have the "Recently added" section in the workout tab anymore, but it was there under the DDP section. ![]()
